I’ve always liked Winnie The Pooh, as a child and an adult. I love the tone of the story and the way that Pooh speaks. Of course, friendship is the most important topic of any Pooh story. Whether it’s his friendship with Rabbit, Piglet, Eyore, Christopher Robin, etc. In this particular story, Pooh gets himself in a tight spot, literally and figuratively. Instead of leaving him there to help himself, Rabbit and Christopher Robin help him out, like any good friend would do. I have always had great friends, as a child and even today. I think that’s why I appreciated the Pooh stories as a child. Some people have had to deal with “fake friends” growing up but fortunately I was never one of those people.
