At the beginning of the story, "Little Red Riding Hood," Little Red Riding Hood is portrayed as a sweet, little naive girl. The problem with this is that she has to make a somewhat long journey to her grandmothers to take care of her. At the beginning of her walk, Little Red Riding Hood meets the Wolf at the beginning of the wood and right away he has bad intentions to try and get a quick and easy meal in. As the walk continues, she thinks that her relationship with the Wolf is becoming friendly, little does she know that he is just trying to get what he wants. Little Red Riding Hood is becoming too friendly with the Wolf way too quick. She is just a young girl and doesn't realize that she doesn't know him at all. When Little Red Riding Hood gets to her grandmothers she finds out that the Wolf tricked her as well as her grandmother and eats them both. Thankfully the huntsman comes along to save the day and cuts both of them out of the Wolf's stomach. Soon after, the wolf comes knocking at the door again but Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother remained still and did not open the door. She learned from her mistakes and knows not to interact with strangers. This is a significant lesson for her because in her case this could be a life or death situation.
